Founded and led by a seasoned SAP EPM specialist and entrepreneur based in Pretoria, Nisela is more than a company. It is a movement. Rooted in the Zulu word meaning to grow, to nurture, every entity under this group reflects that same ethos — from the students we house, to the corporates we advise, to the technology we build for Africa.

Our founder also serves as Finance Leader at Westside Christian Fellowship Assembly. That same spirit of stewardship and service is the heartbeat of Nisela Group Holdings.

Sibusiso Edgar Mabunda

Founder & Managing Director — Nisela Group Holdings | Nisela Consulting

Sibusiso Edgar Mabunda is a Senior SAP BPC and Finance Transformation Consultant with over 15 years of experience delivering planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting solutions across financial services, mining, and technology sectors. He holds a BCom Economics from the University of Pretoria and is certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting.

Before founding Nisela Consulting, Sibusiso built his expertise at two of the world’s leading professional services firms — Ernst & Young and Deloitte — where he delivered end-to-end SAP BPC implementations for large multinational clients across blueprinting, configuration, financial reporting, and business process training. He has led engagements at Implats, NTT Data, and Financial Business Services, among others.

Beyond consulting, Sibusiso is a property investor, digital builder, and agricultural entrepreneur — building a diversified group of businesses under the Nisela brand. He serves as Finance Leader at Westside Christian Fellowship Assembly.
